高职应用日语专业实践教学模式探讨

摘要：文章以无锡科技职业学院应用日语专业现行的专业实践教学模式为出发点，探讨地方性高职院校开展专业实践对于实现人才培养和服务地方经济双重目标的重要性和可行性。介绍了无锡科技职业学院应用日语专业在建设校外实训基地和实施集中性顶岗实习方面的探索，总结正反两方面的经验。提出了应当从实践教学内容与企业无缝衔接、优秀企业文化提前进校园、推进校企双导师制三方面切实提高实践教学的效果，培养真正适应社会和行业发展需要的高素质应用型日语专业人才。

Abstract：Based on the current professional practice teaching mode of Applied Japanese major in Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology， this paper discusses the importance and feasibility of professional practice in local higher vocational colleges for the dual objectives of talent training and serving the local economy. This paper introduces the exploration of Applied Japanese major in Wuxi Vocational College of science and technology in the construction of off campus training base and the implementation of centralized post practice， summarizes the positive and negative experience， and holds that the effect of practical teaching should be effectively improved from three aspects： the seamless connection between practical teaching content and enterprises， the advance of excellent corporate culture on campus， and the promotion of the dual tutorial system between schools and enterprises， Cultivate high-quality applied Japanese professionals who really meet the needs of social and industrial development.

一、引言

高職应用日语专业是培养复合应用型人才、注重学习者语言实际运用能力的专业，在人才培养目标的三个层次（知识、素养、能力）中，相比较本科日语专业而言，对于学习者的职业能力、岗位能力的提升更加关注。毕业生是否能够“学以致用”，是否具备较高的实践能力将会直接影响毕业时的就业能力[1]。

应用日语专业创办于2003年，累计为无锡高新区日资企业及周边日企、中日合资企业提供了千余名日语人才。在无锡地区开设日语专业的高职院校中有较高的声誉，办学模式和人才培养质量受到用人单位的高度认可。在十余年的专业建设中，坚持区校一体化办学模式，紧紧围绕无锡高新区企业的日语人才需求适时修订人才培养方案，围绕职业核心能力与关键岗位能力改进实践教学模式、培养满足市场需求的高素质日语应用型人才。……
