基于项目制的学研融合实践教学模式研究

摘要：创新实践教育作为提高学生创新能力、动手能力的重要举措，是当前教育改革中不可或缺的一环。结合当前双一流建设目标，针对中国科技发展对社会高层次、创新型人才的迫切需求。该文对基于项目制的学研融合教学模式进行探索，提出紧密结合课内外创新实践基础知识，采用“计划教学—开放实验—课外科研活动”实践，以项目为引导，以导师制为抓手，整合的教学方式，创新实践教学新模式，为双一流专业人才培养提供新的思路。

Abstract： As an important measure to improve students' creative ability and practical ability， innovative practical education is an indispensable part of the current educational reform. Combined with the current goal of double first-class construction， China's scientific and technological development is in urgent need of high-level and innovative talents. This paper explores the teaching mode of integration of study and research based on project system and proposes to combine the basic knowledge of innovation practice in and out of class closely. The practice of "planned teaching-open experiment-extracurricular scientific research activities" is adopted， and the integrated teaching mode is innovated with the guidance of project and the tutorial system as the starting point， so as to provide new ideas for the cultivation of double-first-class professional talents.

引言

随着我国双一流建设的推进，对高等院校育人模式提出了更高的要求。以往重理论的教学模式导致学生应用能力不强，创新能力培养不够。如何将理论与实践有机结合促发学生研发创新意识及其能力是双一流建设高校亟待解决的问题[1]。

1 学研融合实践教学模式研究现状

实践教学是现代化教育模式中的重要组成部分，对培养新时代大学生创新能力与实践能力具有巨大的作用，是促使知识向能力、素质转化的有效途径。传统的实践教学环节大多是为了完成实验教学任务，没有将实践教学与科学探索有机结合起来。大多数工科创新实践类课程都通过固定的实验套件或仪器设备来开展教师固定的验证性或半开放性实践项目，学生在实践过程中因为实验器材的固定性，极大地限制了学生在课程中的创新创作，导致创新实践课程只是“走走形式”，流于表面，未与专业及创新教育紧密联系起来，导致创新教育模式始终停滞不前，无法真正起到促进学校和学生发展的作用[2，3]。……
