提高高中班主任德育工作水平的有效策略

【摘  要】在新课改日益深化的背景下，高中教育者日益重视德育工作的良好开展。高中班主任在开展日常教学和班级管理的过程中，不仅要加强教学工作，还要高度重视德育，立足于实践，积极探究德育的有效策略，提升自身德育工作水平，据此改善德育工作效果。本文浅析了德育工作能力的内涵，探究了提高高中班主任德育工作水平的有效策略，以期为高中班主任提供借鉴。

Effective Strategies to Improve the Moral Education Work Level of Senior High School Teachers

【Abstract】In the context of the deepening of the new curriculum reform， senior high school educators are paying more and more attention to the sound development of moral education. In the process of carrying out daily teaching and class management， senior high school head teachers must not only strengthen teaching work， but also attach great importance to moral education， based on practice， actively explore effective strategies for moral education， improve their own moral education work level， and improve the effect of moral education work accordingly. This article analyzes the connotation of moral education work ability， and explores effective strategies to improve the moral education work level of senior high school head teachers， in order to provide reference for senior high school head teachers.

高中班主任在開展教学管理实践中加强德育工作，能实现对学生价值观念的正确引导，能为学生的健康良好成长指明方向。对此，高中班主任要高度重视并有效加强德育工作。部分高中班主任缺乏德育工作经验，且未能掌握有效的德育工作方法，难以取得良好的德育工作效果。对此，高中班主任有必要转变观念，加强对德育工作的重视，并积极探究提高德育工作水平的策略。

一、德育工作能力概述

德育工作能力是指教师依托自身的知识经验，灵活运用自身的智慧，准确把握、科学引导和有效控制能对学生道德品质产生影响的各类因素，并紧扣德育目标，开展高效良好的德育工作。德育工作能力具有较强的综合性，不仅包括教育认知能力，还包括实践操作能力，要求教师能高效有序地组织多样化的班级活动，指导学生实现健康良好发展，营造和谐融洽的师生关系并加强师生互动，实现对教育资源的优化整合和良好的自我调控等。……
