浅谈初中班主任如何做好班级管理工作

【摘  要】初中阶段是学生体力、智力迅速发展的时期，在此时期，班主任在德育、智育、体育等方面对学生做好素质教育管理工作尤为重要，需要通过对学生学习能力之外的思想、政治、心理等教育，实现学生的全面发展。本文将通过分析现阶段班级管理的现状，针对教育管理过程中面临的种种问题，对班主任如何做好班级管理工作进行研究和探讨。

【Abstract】The junior high school stage is a period of rapid development of students physical and intellectual abilities. During this period， it is especially important for the head teacher to do a good job of quality education management for students in moral education， intellectual education， and physical education， realize the all-round development of students. This article will analyze the status quo of class management at this stage， aiming at the various problems faced in the process of education management， and research and discuss how the head teacher can do a good job in class management.

一、現阶段初中班级管理中存在的问题

在学校日常工作和教师实际教学过程中，在应试教学和素质教学两者的比重权衡上，学校过于重视应试教学带来的效果，对班级管理工作和德育的重视程度不够，不能投入足够的管理经费、不开设专门的德育课程，导致优秀传统文化、优良道德品质等对学生的影响微乎其微，德育得不到发展。班主任在班级管理过程中上只是单纯地说教，这种方式对于正处于青春期的初中生来说未免太过于枯燥无味。用“灌输式教学”的方式来开展德育和班级管理，照本宣科，不进行师生互动，学生自然对德育方面的学习没有兴趣。

此外，目前部分初中班主任自身对于班级管理工作的重视程度不够、教学积极性不高，设计管理方案和组织活动时敷衍潦草，对于德育知识不能联系实际作具象化理解，在日常的课堂教学中也不能把文化知识内容和德育内容有效融合，学生对家国大爱这种抽象的情怀不能感同身受，很快便对教师所讲内容失去关注。……
