【摘  要】在现代教育的影响下，探究高中美术教学的有效性，对学生们创新能力和审美创造能力的发展都非常重要。本文主要研究了新课标视域下高中美术教学有效性的组织实施路径，重点研究教育的方式，旨在为当前高中美术教学和教师能力的发展带来更多帮助。

The Organization and Implementation of the Effectiveness of Senior High School Art Teaching under the New Curriculum Standard

【Abstract】Under the influence of modern education， exploring the effectiveness of senior high school art teaching is very important for the development of students' creative ability and aesthetic creativity. This article mainly studies the organization and implementation path of the effectiveness of senior high school art teaching under the new curriculum standard， focusing on the method of education， and aims to bring more help to the current senior high school art teaching and the development of teacher's ability.

一、高中美术课堂的三大要素

美術教学和其他学科具有一定的相似点，就是以教材为主而展开一系列的教学活动，教师、学生、教材构成了课堂的三大要素，这是教师在教学以前需要着重关注和提升的方面，也是在当前的教育形成形式下，不断创新教育理念的形式。在整个教学过程中，学生是学习的主体。所以，在教学过程中教师要充分认识到学生的特点，利用学生的年龄特点和教育方式，更好地帮助学生们建立良好的审美素质和美术创新创造能力，切实设计适合学生的教学方案，例如，学生的学习、生活习惯以及年龄特点等，都是影响教师美术教学的相关因素。当然，学生的学习兴趣、学习方式、学习心态等问题，教师都应该有一个十分明确的了解，只有做到这样，才可以营造一个良好的课堂气氛。

二、高中美术课堂现阶段面临的问题研究

（一）对美术课程重视程度不够

在现代的高中美术课堂教学中，学校和教师对美术课程的认知程度以及重视程度不够，很多教师还是认为语、数、外等主要科目是学生学习的重点，对于美术这个培养学生们兴趣爱好和艺术的课程不够重视。……
