基于立德树人的小学数学德育思考

【摘  要】雅思贝尔斯在《为什么要教育》一书中阐述了，现代教育从根本上来说应属于道德事业，教师和学生都应该去成为更好的人。而小学时期是培养学生人生观、价值观的关键阶段。因此，教师应格外注意在这一阶段学生的德育，帮助学生形成正确的道德价值观念，而不是一味进行传统的灌输式教学。对此，本文分析德育现状及小学生德育的有效方法进行分析，以引起更多人对德育的重视。

Thinking On Moral Education of Primary School Mathematics Based on Enhancing morality and Rearing people

【Abstract】Jaspers stated in the book "Why Education" that modern education should fundamentally be a moral cause， and both teachers and students should become better people. The primary school period is the key stage for cultivating students' outlook on life and values. Therefore， teachers should pay special attention to students' moral education at this stage， and help students form correct moral values， instead of blindly carrying out traditional indoctrination teaching. In this regard， this article analyzes the current situation of moral education and the effective methods of moral education for primary school students to arouse more people's attention to moral education.

在立德樹人的大教育趋势下，德育成为学校实践工作的重心。我国著名教育家陶行知倡导在教育中渗透德育。这种观念与我们当代的素质教育不谋而合。为社会培养人才是学校建立的根本目的，而何为人才？“人才”顾名思义，是要先学会做人，之后是成才。现今，比教师帮助学生提高学习成绩更为重要的是帮助学生树立正确的道德价值观念。立德树人是每一位教师都要践行的教育理念。尤其小学阶段是学生思想启蒙的重要时期，在这一时期的学生就像一张白纸，天真纯洁，懵懂无知。因此，学生正确道德价值观的形成离不开教师一言一行的示范带头，离不开教师的教导。而现在大多数学生都读寄宿制学校。因此，教师更应当加强对学生德育的培养。让学生在汲取知识的同时树立基本道德素养。数学作为学生时代的重点课程，因此在小学数学教学过程中，数学教师就要格外注重德育的普及，使学生在学习数学知识的同时提高自身的道德素养，保证学生在校期间健康成长。……
