基于大学生社会责任感提升的创新创业教育课程设计

摘 要 在国家推动“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下，高校创新创业教育改革不断深入。然而，当前高校在推进创新创业教育过程中，过于强调大学生创业成功率，忽视了大学生社会责任感和创新创业能力的培养，使创新创业教育与原有初衷出现了一定的背离。通过分析当前高校创业教育的现实困境，结合公益创业课程设计的理念与原则，确定其模块内容及作用路径，为有效开展公益创业教学，促进大学生长远发展提供参考。

Curriculum Design of Innovative Entrepreneurial Education Based on the

Improvement of College Students' Sense of Social Responsibility

——Take the public welfare entrepreneurial course as an example

Abstract Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and the public innovation"， the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is deepening. However， in the current process of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education， colleges and universities emphasize the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship， ignored the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility and innovative entrepreneurial ability， which makes the innovation and entrepreneurship education deviate from the original intention. This article by analyzing the realistic dilemma of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities， combined with the concepts and principles of the curriculum design of public welfare， determine its module content and function path， to provide  reference for the effective public welfare entrepreneurship teaching and the promote the long-term development of college students.

我国高校传统的创新创业教育仍更多地聚焦于培养社会精英，关注学生是否成功创办企业以及创造财富的多寡，而忽视了创新创业教育在大学生社会责任意识培养过程中的重要作用。公益创业内涵与培养有社会责任感的创业创新人才的理念高度吻合。“利他”是公益创业的本质特征，其不以谋求社会经济利益为目的，要求公益创业者要具有同情心，具有顯著的社会目的性。因此，改革高校传统创新创业教育课程，设计大学生公益创业课程，对新时期高校创新创业人才培养具有特殊意义。

1 当前高校创新创业教育的现实困境

1.1 高校创新创业教育价值困境

根据中国人民大学的调查，2020年我国在校大学生创业意愿和自主创业比例是呈上升趋势的，然而目前评价大学创业教育的成效指标，主要还是侧重于考虑大学生自主创业人数以及成功率，尤其过于关注学生个人创业绩效的达成，而忽视了创业教育应秉承的价值主张问题。……
