后疫情环境下经管类大学生就业意向研究

摘 要 就业是民生之本，疫情的突发给高校大学生就业工作带来了许多不确定因素和挑战。本研究运用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料发浙江工贸职业技术学院经管类大学生在后疫情环境下就业意向进行调查。从就业准备、就业意向、就业压力来源、就业指导帮助四个方面来研究就业意向，以期望能够充分反映在后疫情环境下经管类大学生就业意向现状及其影响因素。

College Students in Post Epidemic Environment

——Taking Zhejiang Industry and Trade Vocational College an example

Abstract Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. The outbreak of the epidemic has brought many uncertain factors and challenges to the employment of college students. In this study， questionnaires， interviews and literature were used to investigate the employment intention of economic and management college students in Zhejiang industry and Trade Vocational and technical college in the post epidemic environment. This paper studies employment intention from four aspects： employment preparation， employment intention， sources of employment pressure and employment guidance and help， in order to fully reflect the current situation and influencing factors of employment intention of economic and management college students in the post epidemic environment.

1 研究背景意義

近年来，我国高校毕业生人数逐年增加。2021年全国高校毕业生达到909万人，相比2020年增加了35万人，再加上疫情冲击对社会就业环境造成的长远影响，高校毕业生就业创业面临新的挑战。目前国内疫情得到了有效地控制，也取得了阶段性胜利。但由于前期疫情的造成影响，很多用人单位的用工需求缩减，社会待业人员增加，这就更增加了毕业生的就业压力。后疫情环境下的高职大学生就业情况从宏观上讲影响着社会、政治、经济和文化的发展和变化，从微观上关系到毕业生、高校、用人单位和家庭一系列问题。因此，在后疫情环境下了解经管类大学生的就业意向，并对他们的就业意向进行相应的引导，使大学生形成良好的就业心态和合理的就业期望。

2 研究设计与方法

本研究以浙江工贸职业技术学院经管类大学生为调查对象，通过网络问卷调查的方式对浙江工贸职业技术学院经管类大学生在后疫情环境下就业意向进行调查，共发放调查问卷512份，回收有效问卷510份，问卷有效回收率达到99.61%。……
