基于长尾理论的教育软件设计研究

摘要：近年来，高校大学生遭遇电信诈骗的案例屡见不鮮，全面普及反电信诈骗知识变得尤为重要。在教学领域，学者们依据不同视角探索了教育软件对学习者的促进作用，但是从长尾理论视角进行研究的文章还鲜有出现。据此，本研究首先阐述了长尾理论的内涵，构建基于该理论的教育软件开发框架，并对高校反电信诈骗App的教学内容进行详细设计。基于长尾理论的教育软件设计，相较于传统教育软件，更能在教学资源，教学主体和教学方式等方面发挥重要角色，使广大学生受益。

Research on Educational Software Design Based on Long Tail Theory—Take the College Anti-telecom Fraud App as an Example

Abstract： In recent years， there have been frequent cases of college students encountering telecom fraud， and it has become particularly important to comprehensively spread knowledge about anti-telecommunication fraud. In the field of teaching， scholars have explored the role of educational software in promoting learners from different perspectives， but there are still few articles researching from the perspective of long tail theory. Based on this， this research first expounds the connotation of the long tail theory， constructs an educational software development framework based on this theory， and designs the teaching content of the college anti-telecom fraud App in detail. Compared with traditional educational software， the design of educational software based on the long tail theory can play an important role in teaching resources， teaching subjects and teaching methods， and benefit the majority of students.

随着信息技术的发展，教育信息化逐渐普及。《国家教育事业发展“十三五”规划》中指出，要全力推动信息技术与教育教学深度融合，构建网络化、数字化、个性化、终身化的教育体系。在教育改革持续深化、信息技术与教育深度融合、教育软件飞速发展的当下，审视各类教育软件对学生学习效果的影响具有十分重要的意义。目前国内涌现出一批优秀的教育软件，比如专门为大学生提供优质师资课程的“好大学在线”，将英语学习与配音练习相结合的“英语趣配音”，但也不乏一些问题软件，其受众群体甚小，没有充分扩展学习资源，能够提供给学生的学习方式也过于单一。长尾理论发现，只要学习者学习的时间足够长，学习者、学习资源和学习方式不断增多，学习的效果也会越来越好，对教育软件的设计提供了较高的指导价值。……
