科研训练体系对本科生毕业论文质量的影响

摘  要：科研训练对提高本科生的培养质量有着极大的推动作用。科研训练体系是一个系统工程，其内容的系统性和科学性值得探索。本研究以江汉大学2021届918名本科毕业生为样本，以毕业论文（设计）成绩作为科研训练效果的评价指标，就大学生科研项目和参与教师科研项目两项科研训练内容的现状展开调查并统计分析其结果，在分析出科研训练取得显著成效的同时，也发现存在学生参与面不广、学校及指导教师管理不到位、科研训练相关课程缺失等问题，文章对这些问题进行了探讨并提出改进意见。

Abstract： Scientific research training played a great role in promoting the quality of undergraduate education. Scientific research training system was a systematic engineering， and its systematic and scientific content was worth exploring. In this study， 918 graduates from the class of 2021 from Jianghan University were taken as samples， the achievement of graduation thesis （design） was taken as the evaluation index of scientific research training effect. The current situation of research training contents of college students' research projects and participating teachers' research projects was investigated and the results were statistically analyzed. The results show that the scientific research training had achieved remarkable results. It was also found that there were some problems such as insufficient student participation， inadequate management by the school and instructors， and lack of courses related to scientific research and training. This paper discussed these problems and put forward some suggestions for improvement.

江漢大学是一所以“创新性、应用性”为学生培养目标的地方大学，为了增强本科生的科研兴趣和提高科研能力，江汉大学形成了一套较为系统的科研训练体系，主要内容为承担大学生科研项目（校级、院级）、参与教师科研项目、设立科研训练课程，还包括了参加专业社会调查、参加专业竞赛、参加设计研究型开放实验等内容，并要求完成相应学分。

对本科生进行科研训练，通过创新素养和科研能力的培养，对提高本科生的培养质量有着极大的推动作用[1]，对研究生的培养也有着良好的延续效应[2-3]。

本科毕业论文质量无疑是衡量学生培养质量的良好的综合指标，因为它不仅体现了学生综合运用专业基本知识、基本理论、基本技能的能力，还考察了学生的科研素养，同时也在一定程度上反映了学校整体的师资水平和教学管理水平[4]。……
