学生乐团教学标准化目标体系构建与实践研究

摘  要：在素质教育与综合素养理念全面普及的背景下，在基于新课标的课程改革有力推进的进程中，提升艺术类课程教学或活动教学的规范性显得日趋重要，其中，构建学生乐团教育标准化范式的重要性日益凸显。教学目标体系是标准化建设中的核心基点与重要抓手。本研究拟基于新课标学生各阶段特点的研究，设置学生乐团教育的分段目标体系，并在研究者的实践中进行验证与修正。

Abstract： Under the background of the popularization of the concept of quality education and comprehensive literacy， in the process of the vigorous promotion of the curriculum reform based on the new curriculum standard， it is increasingly important to improve the standardization of art curriculum teaching or activity teaching， among which， the importance of constructing the standardization paradigm of student orchestra education is increasingly prominent. The system of teaching objectives is the core and important starting point of standardization construction. Based on the research on the characteristics of students in each stage of the new curriculum standard， this study intends to set up a segmented target system for students' orchestra education， and verify and modify it in the practice of researchers.

一、研究背景：學生乐团标准化建设适逢其时

在我国提出推进素质教育以促进学生全面发展以来，建设学生乐团作为重要抓手越来越普及。同时，作为推进综合素养的重要抓手、文化交流的重要载体，中国学生乐团建设在经济腾飞的背景下迅猛发展。标准化最初广泛适用于工业生产领域，意指产品设计的规范化和产品指标设计的统一化，用以规范产品生产。教育标准化拟揭示教育过程中的普遍规律，是对具体学科目标、知识、方法等方面的提炼和归纳。教育领域的标准化改革源起于20世纪80年代的美国，美国的教育标准化改革通过成立由公民、教师组成的委员会形式，来确定学生在不同学段、不同学科应该达到的知识水平要求。乐团教育标准化是指对学生乐团日常训练中教学目标、教学内容、教学方法等方面的规范化研究。在各地各级学生乐团数量如雨后春笋般激增的探索期之中，与大多艺术类、器乐类的课程教学一样，传统上的乐团教学大多采用经验式的、口传心授式的模式，缺乏科学的体系教学研究。……
