课程思政背景下导学团队培养研究生之路径

Abstract：Under the background of curriculum ideology and politics，the path for the guidance team to train graduate students：distinctive training plan， tutor group activities，laboratory platform，ideological and political element excavation，service social awareness，assessment and evaluation system，and finally implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.Help students shape a correct outlook on life，values，and world outlook.

《礼记》中有“师也者，教之以事而喻之德也”.[1]对于研究生主体而言，导学关系在导师和学生互动交流、讨论分析的过程中逐渐形成，是师生关系的核心要素，应该引起高度重视.良好的导学关系可以对研究生群体的学习质量产生深刻影响——可以让研究生群体的思维更加延伸，社会角色定位更加明晰，主体意识认知不断优化，自身素养不断提升.良好导学关系的形成也是“导学思政”理念的一个核心做法，可为“三全育人”目标的实现打下坚实的基础.[2]普通高校研究生面临着与重点院校的学生在学习、就业、工作中的多重竞争，牡丹江师范学院物理与电子工程学院根据学校所处的地理位置和学生的具体情况，制定了具有自身特色的、切合实际的培养方案，总结出课程思政背景下导学团队培养研究生之路径.

1以高等教育“四为”方针为引领，制定特色鲜明的培养方案学院坚持以“四为”方针为指导，培养具有“为人民服务”“为中国共产党治国理政服务”“为巩固和发展中国特色社会主义服务”“为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务”思想……
