利用大数据研究分析本科生参与高校图书馆馆员助理的情况

摘 要：该文以4个年级本科生为研究对象，以大数据为分析方法，研究本科生对高校图书馆馆员助理（以下简称“馆助”）的报名日期、报名时段、报名男女比例、报名岗位情况、不同年级比例、不同特长情况，以及对面试环节、培训环节、实习环节的参与程度等，通过数据对比分析，研究得出本科生对高校图书馆馆助的报名程度低、参与程度低、工作意愿弱等，进而对今后馆助招聘工作的提高提供数据支撑和决策依据。

Using Big Data to Research and Analyze the Participation of Undergraduates in University Librarian Assistants

Abstract：Taking four grades of undergraduates as the research object and big data as the analysis method， this paper studies the undergraduate's registration date， registration period， proportion of men and women， registration position， proportion of different grades and different specialties of University Librarian assistant （hereinafter referred to as "librarian assistant"）， as well as their participation in interview， training and internship， Through the comparative analysis of data， it is concluded that undergraduates have low enrollment， low participation and weak willingness to work， so as to provide data support and decision-making basis for the improvement of Library Assistance Recruitment in the future.

1 研究背景

2015年中华人民共和国教育部印发《普通高等学校图书馆规程》（教高[2015]14号），其中第三十四条明确说明“图书馆应为学生提供社会实践的条件，设置学生参与图书馆管理与服务的岗位，支持与图书馆有关的学生社团和志愿者的活动”。Z大学图书馆根据文件精神及实际工作需要，向在校学生招聘馆助。馆助是协助图书馆馆员开展图书馆日常业务的辅助工作人员，是读者与图书馆沟通的桥梁。学生参与馆助工作有一定意义，一是能够促进自身发展，二是促进读者与图书馆沟通，三是解决学生自己一定经济负担，四是同时缓解图书馆馆员不足 [1]。在馆助的协助下，馆员有更多的时间精力研究如何提高读者服务水平[2]。馆助招聘环节是馆助整体管理[3]的第一步，招聘环节细分为发布招聘通知、面试、培训、实习、考核等。Z大学馆助聘用不同于其他高校为学校统一招聘，然后再分配，而是由图书馆根据工作需要进行招聘[4]。……
