基于情境感知的学习资源个性化推荐机制研究

摘  要： 面对海量的学习资源，如何为学习者推荐与情境相匹配的学习资源是亟需解决的问题。文章在详细描述学习资源个性化推荐情境要素的基础上，构建了包含情境感知层、资源管理层、学习诊断层、个性推荐层及学习者界面的学习资源个性化推荐系统，并阐述了系统的推荐流程及实现。在情境感知理论的基础上，构建以情境感知技术为核心的学习资源个性化推荐系统，能提高学习资源与学习者之间的动态适应性，更好地服务于学习者的个性化学习需求。

Abstract： In the face of massive learning resources， how to recommend learning resources matching the situation for learners is an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of detailed description of the situational elements in personalized recommendation of learning resources， a personalized learning resource recommendation system is constructed in this paper， including situational awareness layer， resource management layer， learning diagnosis layer， personalized recommendation layer and learner interface， and its recommendation process and implementation are expounded at the same time. Based on the theory of context awareness， the construction of personalized learning resources recommendation system with context awareness technology can improve the dynamic adaptability between learning resources and learners， and better serve the personalized learning needs of learners.

0 引言

目前的学习资源个性化推荐系统多以学习者为中心，根据学习者的学习行为数据体现的学习偏好等特征，向学习者推送相应的学习资源。但学习者正处于一个可以随时随地学习的环境中，如果仅考虑学习者自身和学习资源间的联系，就容易忽视学习者的动态学习需求。这就对学习资源个性化推荐系统的智能性提出了更高的要求，要求该系统能够精准定位学习者的当前学习需求，并能够根据学习者周围环境的变化而变化，而实现这一功能的核心技术之一就是情境感知。引入情境感知技术的学习资源个性化推荐系统应该如何构成？它如何为处于不同情境下的学习者提供精确的学习资源？本文将基于情境与情境感知的概念，研究学习资源个性化推荐的场景下，情境要素的组成、系统模型的构建及个性化推荐的实现。……
