腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症的疗效及其对卵巢功能的影响

【摘 要】目的：探讨对子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者实施腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗的效果及其对卵巢功能的影响。方法：将我院收治的子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者作为研究对象，将随机数字表法作为分组方式，对照组接受单纯腹腔镜手术治疗，试验组接受腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗。对两组治疗前后的血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）水平的变化情况、术后1年两组患者妊娠率、输卵管通畅率、复发率情况进行观察。结果：治疗后，相较于对照组，试验组的FSH、E2水平均显著较低，同时试验组妊娠率、输卵管通畅率明显较高，差异显著（P<0.05）；但两组的复发率相比则无明显的差异性（P>0.05）。结论：对子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者实施腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗具有良好效果。

Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility and its effect on ovarian function

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone on patients with endometriosis and infertility and its effect on ovarian function.Methods： The endometriosis with infertility patients in our hospital were taken as the research object， the randomized digital table method was used as the grouping method， the control group received simple laparoscopic surgery，and the trial group received laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone.The changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）， estradiol（E2） levels before and after treatment，the pregnancy rate， tubal patency rate， recurrence rateof the two groups one year after operation were observed.Results： After treatment，the FSH and E2 levels in the trial group were significantly lower than that in the control group，meanwhile， the pregnancy rate and tubal patency rate in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）；But there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion： Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone for endometriosis and infertility has good results.

在腹腔镜手术技术发展成熟的当下，医生多使用腹腔镜手术方式对子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者进行治疗[1]。然而通过观察可知，临床中关于上述联合治疗方式的报道较少，为此本研究将对对子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者实施腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗的效果进行分析探讨。

1.1 一般资料

将2019年2月至2020年8月作为入院时间，将68例我院收治的子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者作为研究对象，将随机数字表法作为分组方式，各34例。对照组，男20例，女14例，年龄27岁～37岁，平均年龄（32.5±0.9）岁，病程1年～3年，平均病程（2.5±0.1）年；试验组，男21例，女13例，年龄27岁～38岁，平均年龄（32.9±1.1）岁，病程1年～4年，平均病程（2.6±0.4）年。……
