药库高危药品管理中存在的问题及解决措施实践探究

【摘 要】高危药品具有治疗疗效高、见效快的特点，但是因为治疗窗比较狭窄，如果不能正确的使用则极易危害到人们的身体健康，特别是在药库管理过程中，尽管差错率低，而一旦发生错误就会造成难以估量的后果。同时，高危药品的种类、数量繁多，在实际工作中所存在的问题会直接影响到管理规范的有效落实。鉴于此，有必要明确药库高危药品管理中的问题，经过分析以后制定相应的解决措施。

【Abstract】High-risk drugs have the characteristics of high therapeutic efficacy and quick effect， but because the treatment window is relatively narrow， if not correctly used， it is easy to harm people’s health， especially in the process of drug storehouse management，although the error rate is low， once the erroroccurs，it will cause incalculable consequences.At the same time， there are many kinds and quantities of highrisk drugs， and the problems existing in the actual work will directly affect the effective implementation of management standards. In view of this， it is necessary to clarify the problems in the management of high-risk drugs in drug storehouses and formulate corresponding solutions after analysis.

高危药品相比较于其他药物，本身具有很高的风险，一旦用错会造成严重后果。在世界范围内，都比较重视高危药品的安全使用，尽管当前我国许多医疗机构已经意识到高危药品的重要性并采取了各种安全管理措施，但是用药安全事件依然层出不穷[1]。为此，在药库高危药品的管理过程中，必须及时发现相关问题和制定解决措施，从而才能提高药房管理质量。

1.1 放置位置混乱、错放

药库每天的工作都非常繁琐，在具体放置时尽管会严格按照药品种类与治疗效果等，但是时间一长极易造成摆放混乱的情况，在这种情况下极易造成工作人员错拿、错放的情况。特别是在发生上述错误以后，极易给药房工作人员增加工作量，还会直接威胁到患者生命安全。

1.2 急需改善现有的管理制度

第一，缺少高危药品核对制度，相关人员意识不到核对工作的重要性，即便是在核對过程中也不能再次检验，只能对数量进行核对，缺乏确认其使用的安全。……
