摘 要:自古以來,教育在一个国家的发展、一个民族的振兴及整个人类社会的进步中都发挥着举足轻重的作用,而改革是教育事业发展的根本动力。为了响应国家“双万计划”,将习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述转化为建设教育强国的生动实践,中南大学消防工程系《安全系统工程》课程教学研究团队依据教育部关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见,针对传统消防工程专业理论课程的教学特点、难点及现有不足,开展了教学改革探索和实践。本文从《安全系统工程》课程的教改背景、教学目标及教学方案等方面进行分析和总结,以期为消防工程及安全科学与工程类学科专业课程的教学建设提供借鉴与参考。

Exploration and Practice of First-class Undergraduate Courses Teaching Construction——Take Compulsory Courses for Fire Protection Engineering Major "Safety System Engineering" as an Example

Abstract : Since ancient times, education has been playing a decisive role in the development of a country, the revitalization of a nation and the progress of the entire human society, and reform is the fundamental driving force for the development of education. In order to respond to the national "Double Ten Thousand Plan" and transform General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on education into a vivid practice of building a strong country in education, the teaching and research team of the "Safety Systems Engineering" course in the Department of fire engineering of Central South University is carrying out teaching reform exploration and practice based on the implementation opinions of the Ministry of Education on the construction of first-class undergraduate courses, and is carrying out teaching reform exploration and practice in view of the teaching characteristics, difficulties and existing shortcomings of traditional fire protection engineering major professional theoretical courses. This paper analyzes and summarizes the teaching reform background, teaching objectives and teaching plans of the "Safety System Engineering" courses , in order to provide reference for the teaching construction of professional courses in fire protection engineering and safety science and engineering disciplines.

2013年11月,习近平总书记在中南大学考察时指出,高校要充分发挥自身人才荟萃、学科齐全、思想活跃、基础雄厚的优势,加强科学研究工作,加大科技创新力度,努力形成更多更先进的创新成果。高素质人才是科技创新的核心力量,影响人才培养质量的因素众多,如培养方案、教学团队、学风建设、实践平台及教学设施等,其中起到关键作用的是课程教学体系及内容,它是人才培养最直接、最重要的基础,课程教学质量直接决定着人才培养质量。2019年,教育部发布《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》,明确提出了一流本科课程建设的总体要求和具体内容。……
