心理护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用价值研究

【摘要】目的：老年糖尿病患者的心理问题愈发受到临床重视，引入心理护理，探究其应用积极性。方法：100例（2020年2月—2022年7月），研究对象均等、随机分成两组，对比组采取常规护理，试验组在此基础上增添心理护理，对比两种模式差异。结果：试验组的FPG、PBG、HbAlC指标更低（P>0.05）；其SAS、SDS评分更低，其躯体、心理、精神状态、社会关系等生活质量评分更高（P<0.05）。结论：心理护理可以显著减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪，改善患者的心理状态，也可有效减轻空腹、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平，提高患者生活水平，其应用优势较为明显。

Study on the application value of psychological nursing in elderly patients with diabetes

【Abstract】Objective： The psychological problems of elderly patients with diabetes are getting more and more clinical attention， the introduction of psychological nursing， explore its application enthusiasm. Methods： 100 cases （February 2020 to July 2022） were equally divided into two groups. The control group took routine nursing， and the experimental group added psychological nursing on this basis. The differences between the two modes were compared. Results： The indexes of FPG， PBG and HbAlC in experimental group were lower （P>0.05）. The scores of SAS and SDS were lower， and the scores of body， psychology， mental state and social relationship were higher （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological nursing can significantly reduce anxiety， depression mood， improve the psychological state of patients， can also effectively reduce fasting， postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels， improve the living standards of patients， its application advantages are more obvious.

糖尿病作为临床常见疾病之一，老年患者的身体素质较差，药物干预难度加大，其不良反应发生概率也随之提高，也有研究数据表明，在老年患者中，脏器损伤程度较明显，不良并发症发生概率也相对较高[1-2]。分析原因发现，老年患者自身情绪波动较大，负面情绪可影响体内内分泌水平，也可导致患者消极抵触治疗，降低临床治疗配合度，导致临床干预效率相对较差[3-4]。而随着新时代发展，医疗服务也不断优化，较关注糖尿病患者的老年生活幸福感，通过提升临床护理服务质量，减少老年患者恐惧、抑郁、焦虑等情绪，提高积极性，改善患者生活精神状态[5-6]。因此心理护理具有较大的应用意义，本研究将其引入到常规干预模式中，探究其积极作用，现将报道总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
