盐酸西替利嗪片联合透明质酸凝胶与复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性皮肤病的效果

[摘 要]目的 探討盐酸西替利嗪片联合透明质酸凝胶与复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性皮肤病的效果。方法选取我院2020年9月-2023年9月收治的过敏性皮肤病患者80例作为研究对象，根据给药方案不同将患者分为对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组采用口服盐酸西替利嗪片治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合应用透明质酸凝胶与复方甘草酸苷，比较两组治疗效果、皮肤功能、免疫因子水平、安全性及生活质量。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后WCSC、CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组，TEWL、CD8+水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；研究组治疗后生活质量各维度评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在盐酸西替利嗪片治疗过敏性皮肤病中联合应用透明质酸凝胶与复方甘草酸苷可有效改善皮肤保湿能力，提高患者免疫水平，进而提高治疗效果及生活质量，且安全性较高。

Effect of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Hyaluronic Acid Gel and Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Allergic Skin Diseases

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with hyaluronic acid gel and compound glycyrrhizin on allergic skin diseases. Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic skin diseases admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different dosage regimens， the patients were divided into control group and study group， with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets， the study group was combined with hyaluronic acid gel and compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect， skin function， immune factor level， safety and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%， which was higher than 80.00% of the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of WCSC， CD3+， CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group， and the levels of TEWL and CD8+ were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group （P>0.05）. After treatment， the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients with allergic dermatosis during cetirizine hydrochloride tablets treatment period， the combination of hyaluronic acid gel and compound glycyrrhizin can effectively improve the skin moisturizing ability and the immune level of patients， and then improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life， with higher safety.

過敏性皮肤病（allergic skin diseases）是因接触、食入、吸入或注射过敏原而引发的皮肤病，临床上以特异性皮炎、湿疹、药疹、荨麻疹等较为常见，患者常表现为红斑、肿胀、瘙痒、疼痛等，不仅影响皮肤美观，还会给患者的日常生活造成不利影响[1，2]。对于过敏性皮肤病，临床上常采用抗组胺类药物、免疫抑制剂、皮质激素类药物进行治疗，但随着用药时间延长易出现耐药性，使得治疗效果常难以满足临床预期[3]。透明质酸凝胶具有较高的抗炎、保湿效果，且有助于创口愈合。复方甘草酸苷具有调节免疫、抗过敏、抗炎作用[4]。基于此，本研究结合我院2020年9月-2023年9月收治的80例过敏性皮肤病患者临床资料，旨在探讨盐酸西替利嗪片联合透明质酸凝胶与复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性皮肤病的临床效果，现报道如下。……
