铸瓷贴面在口腔美容修复中的应用

[摘 要]目的 探讨口腔美容修复中应用铸瓷贴面的治疗效果。方法 选择2022年5月-2023年5月于黄骅市中医医院口腔科接受口腔美容修复治疗的60例患者为研究对象，应用随机数字表法分为常规组与试验组，每组30例。常规组应用烤瓷全冠修复治疗，试验组应用铸瓷贴面治疗，比较两组咀嚼功能、疼痛感、牙周状况。结果 试验组治疗后咬合力及咀嚼效率高于常规组，VAS评分低于常规组（P<0.05）；试验组治疗后PD、BI以及AL均低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 在口腔美容修复中应用铸瓷贴面可以有效改善患者咀嚼功能与疼痛程度，有利于改善牙周指数，提高口腔健康水平。

Application of Ceramic Laminate Veneer in Oral Aesthetic Restoration

[Abstract]Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ceramic laminate veneer during oral aesthetic restoration. Methods From May 2022 to May 2023， 60 patients who received oral aesthetic restoration in the Department of Stomatology of Huanghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. They were divided into conventional group and experimental group by random number table method， with 30 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with porcelain crown restoration， and the experimental group was treated with ceramic laminate veneer. The masticatory function， pain and periodontal status were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the bite force and masticatory efficiency of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group， and the VAS score was lower than that of the conventional group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the PD， BI and AL in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group（P<0.05）. Conclusion In oral aesthetic restoration， ceramic laminate veneer can effectively improve the masticatory function and pain degree of patients， which is beneficial to improve the periodontal index and improve the oral health level.

當代社会人们对于美观的重视度不断提高，牙齿缺损、变色或畸形等不仅会影响咀嚼功能，同时也会直接影响其外观与自信心[1]。以往口腔修复治疗方法主要以烤瓷全冠为主，虽然能够有效满足美观需求，但需切割较多的牙体组织，整个治疗过程较为复杂，且部分患者治疗后还会衍生出牙齿健康问题[2]。铸瓷贴面技术是一种新兴口腔美容修复技术，通过在受损或不美观的牙齿表面贴合一层薄薄的瓷片来恢复牙齿的形态和功能，既能保持牙齿自然美观度，又能有效地恢复咀嚼功能[3]；因其精准的修复效果、较小的牙体组织损伤和良好的美观性能，受到了广泛的欢迎[4，5]。基于此，本研究旨在探讨铸瓷贴面在口腔美容修复中的应用效果，现报道如下。
