医护一体化护理在剖宫产中的效果及对瘢痕程度的影响

[摘 要]目的 探讨医护一体化护理在剖宫产中的效果及对瘢痕程度的影响。方法 将2023年1月-10月我院收治的108例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象，随机分为研究组、对照组，每组54例。对照组采用常规护理模式，研究组采用医护一体化护理模式，比较两组疼痛程度、瘢痕程度、不良反应发生率和切口美观满意度。结果研究组术后1 d、1周VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组术后半个月、1个月切口瘢痕宽度、厚度小于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组，切口美观满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 医护一体化护理能减轻产妇剖宫产术后疼痛程度，改善切口瘢痕情况，降低不良反应发生率，进而提升产妇对切口美观的满意度。

Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care in Cesarean Section and its Effect on Scar Degree

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing care in cesarean section and its influence on scar degree. Methods A total of 108 parturients with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January to October 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group， with 54 parturients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode， and the study group was treated with integrated medical and nursing care mode. The pain degree， scar degree， incidence of adverse reactions and aesthetic satisfaction of incision were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 1 day and 1 week after operation （P<0.05）. The width and thickness of incision scar in the study group were smaller than those in the control group at half a month and one month after operation （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group， the incision aesthetic satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing care can reduce the degree of pain after cesarean section， improve the scar of incision， reduce the incidence of adverse reactions， and then improve the satisfaction of parturients with the beauty of incision.

剖宫产手术会对产妇机体产生较大的创伤，且术后易产生瘢痕，影响皮肤美观度[1，2]。因此，于剖宫产术后予以有效的护理干预，不仅可以帮助产妇机体恢复，而且有助于切口尽快愈合。通常情况下，临床以常规护理模式干预为主，但护理操作多是对产妇宣教、饮食方面护理，缺乏针对性的心理护理、疼痛护理等，导致总体护理质量较不理想。医护一体化护理方式是基于产妇自身情况，由医生与护理人员共同制定护理计划，深度参与到护理服务中的一种方法，可有效落实各个护理环节，实现护理工作的全面性、安全性[3，4]。本研究旨在分析医护一体化护理在剖宫产切口美观度中的效果，現报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 将2023年1月-10月中铁阜阳医院收治的108例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组，每组54例。研究组年龄20～41岁，平均年龄（30.50±2.82）岁。对照组年龄22～38岁，平均年龄（30.00±2.47）岁。两组年龄比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
