摘要：从复杂适应系统的角度出发，对大学校园篮球系统的演变特征以及控制措施进行3分析。结果表明，大学校园篮球是一个复杂的系统，良好的政治、经济、社会和体育环境能够为其发展提供可靠的保证。政府、学校、家长以及学生是影响大学校园篮球系统运行的重要主体。从不同的参与主体出发，对校园篮球系统进行优化与升级，持续提升运行效能，促进篮球事业的高质量发展。

Evolution control analysis of college campus basketball under complex adaptive system

Abstract： From the perspective of complex adaptive system， this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics and control measures of college campus basketball system. The results show that college campus basketball is a complex system， and a good political， economic， social and sports environment can provide a reliable guarantee for its development. The government， schools， parents and students are the important subjects that affect the operation of college campus basketball system. Starting from different participants， the campus basketball system should be optimized and upgraded， and the operation efficiency should be continuously improved to promote the high-quality development of basketball

众所周知，篮球是一项深受大众喜爱的体育项目。中国篮协（CBA）、中国大学生体育协会（CUSSA）和中国中学生体育协会（CSSSA）联合在一起，可以让篮球运动拥有更多优势。当前，大学校园篮球处于重要战略机遇期。在教育部门和全国体育总局等多个部门的共同努力下，上海体育学院等相继组建了全国篮球协会，合理运用已有资源，实现“产、学、研”在篮球运动中的应用[1]。……
