浅析如何激发中学生对体育课的兴趣

【摘要】兴趣是获得知识,开阔眼界与丰富心理活动的重要动力。兴趣是最好的老师,是开启知识大门的金钥匙。那么如何使学生对体育课产生浓厚的兴趣,在体育课实践教学中就显得十分重要。本文就体育课产生兴趣的因素,得出的结论,产生决策等问题,就从自己的方面谈谈自己的看法,意与各位同仁商讨。

【Abstract】The interest obtains the knowledge, It broadens one's outlook with the rich psychological activity important power. The interest is best teacher. It is the key to the door of knowledge .Then how to cause the student to have the strong interest to the physical education, It appears to be very important in the physical education practice teaching. This article has the interest factors on the physical education, obtains the conclusion,questions and so on decision-making, chats own view from own aspect, wish to discuss with the following colleagues.

兴趣是获得知识,开阔眼界与丰富心理活动的重要动力。有实验证明,当学生对体育活动有兴趣的时候,运动会促使血糖上升,肌力增加,精神饱满;如强迫他们从事体育锻炼,血糖会下降,导致肌力减退,并很快会出现精神倦怠的疲劳症状和消极锻炼的现象。由此可见,学生对体育课的兴趣与否将直接影响到体育教学的效果。提高学生对体育的兴趣,能为顺利完成教学目标奠定坚实的基础。

1.影响学生对体育课兴趣的主要因素

1.1现今教育体制影响中学生对体育的认识。调查表明现在我们的中学生体制健康水平在逐年下降。具体体现在肥胖学生的比重增加,学生的肺活量下降,握力水平下降等等身体器官功能以及各种运动技能和身体素质水平的下降。究其原因,很大一部分就是因为我们现在的教育在很大程度上还是存在于应试教育的大背景下。有一些原本对体育比较有兴趣的学生也因为升学的压力,学习任务重而不得不一再压缩自己体育活动的时间,甚至不得不舍弃自己所钟爱的体育项目。……
