供应链运输决策机制研究

摘要： 本论文在研究大量文献的基础上，总结并阐述了基于供应链的物流模型、供应链运输决策机制的基本概念、目的以及决策参与者，接着从理论分析的角度研究供应链中物流管理的运输决策机制的内容：运输量的预测、第三方物流提供者选择决策、运输工具决策、运输价格决策以及物流运输路线优化决策等，以保证运输决策正确进行，降低运输成本以及有效的进行供应链管理。

Abstract： On the basis of a vast amount of literature research， this thesis summarizes and expounds the model of logistics based on supply chain， the basic concept of transportation decision-making mechanism purpose and decision participants， then analyses the contents of transportation decision-making mechanism： the content of the traffic prediction， the third party logistics provider selection decisions， transportation price decision-making and logistics transportation route optimization， etc.， to ensure the transport decision properly， reduce the transportation cost and effective supply chain management.

0 引言

20世纪90年代以来，随着经济不断发展、全球化信息网络和全球化市场的形成，企业面临着缩短交货期、提高产品质量和降低生产成本等压力，导致了企业管理模式的转变，因此运行和建立供应链需要一套有效的供应链运输决策机制，无疑成为保证运输决策正确进行、降低运输成本以及有效的供应链管理研究的重中之重。

1 供应链运输决策的相关理论

1.1 供应链运输决策机制的基本概念 在研究了大量文献的基础上，笔者尝试给出供应链中物流运输决策机制的含义，即供应链中物流运输决策机制就是一个有效利用供应链系统的各种共享信息，各节点的伙伴企业进行群体决策以保证供应链中各物流运输环节决策合理化的方式。该决策机制应该是基于Internet或Intranet的群决策

模式。
