中职学生职业能力培养模式研究

摘 要 中职学生的综合职业能力的培养决定了教育教学的质量和效果，设计一种基于职业能力培养的人才培养模式是保障职业教育特点和质量的有效方法；本文将以职业能力培养为本位的人才培养模式、基于职业能力培养的课程设计、教学方法改革和校企合作等内容为研究对象，并通过实践分析以上因素对职业能力培养的影响。

Abstract Vocational students' comprehensive professional competence determines the quality and effectiveness of education and teaching， to design a training model of professional competence based training is an effective method of vocational education characteristics and quality of protection； article will train as the standard of professional competence talent training model， based on professional competence training curriculum design， teaching methods and school-enterprise cooperation reform and other content for the study， and through the practice of analyzing these factors influence the culture of professional competence.

中职学校的人才培养应该体现职业能力的培养，而我们所谓的“职业能力”一般是指针对岗位的职业技能的体现，这样的认识是片面的；对于职业教育的职业能力包含：技能能力、知识能力、创新能力、应用能力和综合素质能力的集合。中职教育应在教学全过程中要求各个教学环节的职业能力方面的体现，应以职业能力为主线，将其贯穿到人才培养、课程体系建设、教学方法改革和校企合作的若干方面。①②③

1 基于职业能力培养的人才培养应考虑市场需求

基于职业能力培养的人才培养应注重岗位对学生的能力和素质的要求，依据职业岗位的要求研究人才培养的标准，从而确定人才培养的就业岗位和能力、素质要求；根据上述岗位的能力、素质要求分析学生针对该岗位的下级（甚至更下一级）的能力目标，这种能力目标可以称之为工作任务，每个工作任务针对该岗位的具体技能要求和综合素质要求；将这些分解的工作任务按照知识和应用分类后就形成了人才培养的课程体系。……
