新时期高职院校创业教育的现状及其对策

摘 要 我国高职生创业教育是处于教育实践探索和教育理论研究的崭新领域，因此，积极做好高职院校的学生的创业教育，努力帮助高职学生掌握创业的基本素质和技巧是目前高职院校创业教育亟待解决的重要问题。高职院校应该完善创业教育教学体系，树立全新的创业教育理念，形成严密的科学结论和可行性对策建议，以帮助高职学生拓宽就业途径、增强自身创业技能。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational

School Entrepreneurship Education In New Era

Abstract Entrepreneurship education is our vocational students in the exploration of new areas of educational practice and theory of education， therefore， actively carry out vocational college students in entrepreneurship education， vocational effort to help students master the basic qualities and skills of entrepreneurship is the vocational entrepreneurship education institutions urgently important issue to solve. Vocational colleges should improve entrepreneurship education teaching system， and establish a new concept of entrepreneurship education， the formation of rigorous scientific conclusions and feasible suggestions to help vocational students to broaden employment opportunities， enhance their entrepreneurial skills.

1 新时期高职院校开展创业教育情况调查分析

为了进一步客观了解目前高职院校在创业教育开展方面的现状，作者釆取调查问卷的形式，对泰州市的几所高职院校的近300名学生进行了调查和分析，收到有效问卷282份，回收率为95%。主要围绕高职院校创业教育的发展现状、创业意识、创业教育的课程设置等方面展开，调查结果分析如下：

1.1 对创业的认识和期望

大部分高职学生在面对“是否支持创业”的这个问题时都是持支持态度的，区别就在于有些学生仅仅是支持，但是自己并不愿意尝试，大部分高职学生表示如果有机会的话，是愿意创业的，学生强烈的创业愿望为在高职院校开展创业教育提供了良好的基础。

在创业时间的选择上，大部分高职院校的学生还是显得比较保守，只有少部分学生选择了一毕业就要创业，有65%的学生选择了 “先就业，再择业，再创业”，只有16%的学生回答“没有”。……
