高校开展本科创新能力培养教学可行性分析

摘 要：针对高等学校是否适合开展本科创新能力培养教学，本文从创新与创新能力的关系、当代大学教师是否具备创新能力及其培养能力、本科生究竟能否培养出创新能力这三个方面进行了分析，并以燕山大学车辆与能源学院车辆工程系为例进行论证，认为大学教育适合开展本科创新能力培养教学。

Abstract：For whether universities and colleges are appropriate to carry out undergraduate innovative ability education， this paper first analyzes the relationship between innovation and innovative capability， whether contemporary university teachers have innovative capacity and have the ability to cultivate innovative capacity， can undergraduate be cultivated innovative ability or not. Then College of Vehicles and Energy，Yanshan University， is illustrated as an example to demonstrate that it is feasible to carry out undergraduate innovative ability cultivation in college and universities.

当今世界竞争是国家创新能力的竞争，是以培养创新型人才为宗旨的高等教育的竞争。[1]随着我国当前高等教育改革的不断深化，改革高等教育教学模式，着力培养大学本科生的创新能力，已成为我国政府、教育主管部门和广大教师的共识；培养有创造精神和创新能力的人才是“科教兴国”可持续发展战略的重要途径，是高等学校的首要任务。但目前仍有一部分大学教师认为在本科阶段开展创新能力培养是不可能、不可行的事情。之所以会有这样的认识，主要原因是：一是认为高等学校的教师不具备创新能力，“教师都没有创新能力，又怎么能培养出有创新能力的学生”；二是认为“本科生的能力有限，不可能培养出创新能力”。

那么，对于高等教育究竟是否适合开展本科层次的创新能力培养教学这一问题，要弄清楚，就要知道究竟什么是创新能力，创新能力与创新之间的区别及其关系，当代的大学教师是否具有创新能力，教师的创新能力与培养学生的创新能力之间的关系以及本科生究竟能否培养出创新能力。……
