高职院校职业生涯规划教育研究

摘 要 职业生涯规划能够帮助大学生做好自我定位，实现自我价值。然而，职业生涯规划教育在我国高等职业院校仍不成熟，严重制约了高等职业院校的改革发展。通过对相关现状的分析，对推动我国高职院校大学生职业生涯规划教育提出几点具体实施建议。

Research about Career Planning Education in Higher Voca-tional Colleges//YAO Lijun

Abstract Career planning can help college students to promote the self-location consciousness and the value of life. However， career planning education in higher vocational colleges in China in still quite not mature. Among the shortages in constructing severely constrains the reform and development of our higher vocational colleges. We will suggest ways to deal with the problem by the analysis of related issues in this article.

在席卷而来的市场化、国际化、产业化浪潮的强烈冲击下，高等教育进入大众化模式，高校毕业生的数量迅速增加，千军万马过的不再是独木桥，大学生就业难成为整个社会亟待解决的问题。“十二五”时期，我国就业形势变得更加复杂，就业总量压力持续加大，劳动者技能与岗位需求不相适应的矛盾更加突出。鉴于此，很多高校都开展了就业指导课程，帮助学生分析就业环境及就业信息收集。然而这种模式的职业生涯规划教育仅仅停留在就业表面，缺乏深层次的解剖，难以满足大学生职业可持续发展的需要，由此，促进大学生全面客观科学认知的、贯穿于学生个体发展全过程的职业发展规划教育应运而生。职业生涯规划教育的落实，有利于促进大学生的自我认知能力的提高，增强对职业生涯规划重要性的认识，明确学业、专业、就业与职业之间的相互关系，更好地建设自身职业发展的可持续性。
