［摘要］本文针对煤炭类高职院校的特色，在[教育部16号文件]精神的指导下，提出了由双“师”负责制的“一体化”教学模式。理论联系实际和“教学做”一体化模式是高职教育教学改革的方向，在全面提升教学质量的同时，也促进了专业教师向“双师素质”进行转变。本文针对《电气设备控制》的教学，提出了一种由讲师+工程师（或技师）（简称双“师”）共同负责的一体化教学模式，在确保理论教学质量的同时，着重加强学生实践动手能力的培养。

［Abstract］Considering the characteristics of some coal higher vocational colleges, under the guidance of the spirit of No. 16 Document of the Ministry of Education, this paper proposes the integration teaching model of double-teacher responsibility system. Linking theory with practice and the integrated teaching model of“teaching and learning and doing”are the direction of higher vocational education teaching reform, which not only improves the teaching quality but also promotes the profession teachers to master double-quality. As for the teaching of Electrical Equipment Control, this paper proposes the integrated teaching mode responsible by lecturer and engineer, in which the theory teaching quality is ensured and the cultivation of students’practice ability is strengthened.

随着国内制造业的飞速发展，高素质技术技能型人才越来越受到社会各企业的亲睐，巨大的人才需求与高职教育的落后现状形成了鲜明的对比，归根结底，其根本原因还是由于传统职业教育模式已不适应当代社会的发展。顺应教育部（16号文件）《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》的要求，各职业院校都在积极进行新的教学模式的探索，“工学结合”已成为新时代职业教育的根本特征。新的时代背景对教师有了新的要求，“双师素质”教师逐渐成为一种新的倡导。所谓双“师”负责制是指讲师+工程师（或技师等）共同负责制的“理论+实践”的一体化教学模式，同时，也是针对煤炭类高职院校特色探索出来的一种创新教育模式。……
