开展药物化学翻转课堂教学法的几点体会

摘 要 “翻转课堂”作为一种全新的教学模式，与传统教学相比较，不仅使学生拓宽了知识面，提高了语言表达能力、课件制作能力、学生团队合作的协作力，而且重新定义了“学生”和“教师”的角色。学生先学后教的预习化，使知识掌握更加透彻、知识层次更加清晰、知识体系更加立体；教师作为引导者，引导和启发学生对教学内容的探究与思考。“翻转课堂”大大促进了学生的自主化学习，提高了药物化学教学的灵动性，达到了很好的教学效果。

Some Experience of Developing Flipped Classroom

Teaching Method of Drug Chemistry

Abstract "Flipped classroom” as a new teaching mode， compared with the traditional teaching， not only enable students to broaden knowledge， improve language expression ability， courseware making ability， team cooperation ability， and a new definition of "student" and "teacher" role. Students learn before teach the preview， make more thorough knowledge， knowledge level， knowledge system more clear and more three-dimensional； teachers from traditional knowledge， into a "mentor" mode， research and thinking on the teaching content of the guide and inspire students. "Flipped classroom" greatly promoted the students' autonomous learning， improve the flexibility of the teaching of medicinal chemistry， and achieve a good teaching effect.

而今，互联网的普及和计算机技术在教育领域的应用，使得学生可以通过互联网使用优质的教育资源，不再单纯地依赖授课教师去教授知识，而课堂变成了教师与学生之间互动的场所，包括答疑解惑、知识的运用等，从而获得更好的教育效果。教师的责任更多是去理解学生的问题和引导学生去运用知识。因此，这种颠倒教与学的反转模式被人们称为：“翻转课堂教学法”。①

笔者作为一名大三学生，首次参加了药物化学的翻转课堂教学，较之以往的专业课传统教学，“翻转课堂”更大程度地激发了我们的学习热情，锻炼了我们的语言表达、课件制作等能力，以下是笔者在此次教学中的一些心得体会。

1 拓宽了学生的知识面

我们组承担的是《药物化学》第七章“抗肿瘤药”第五节“肿瘤治疗的新靶点及其药物” 的一段教学，为了更好地完成此次教学任务，我们查阅了生物化学、基因组学等大量文献资料。……
