基于校企合作模式的大学生创新创业实践思考与探索

摘 要 本文对当前高校大学生进行创新创业实践的现状进行了论述，提出基于校企合作模式的大学生创新创业实践的思考与探索，阐明了具体的做法，该人才培养模式研究对高校培养创新创业型人才有重要的现实意义。

Abstract This article discusses on the current college students of the status of innovation and entrepreneurship practice， and puts forward the thinking and exploration of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice of school enterprise cooperation mode based on and clarifies the specific practices， the personnel training pattern research on the training innovative and entrepreneurial talent has important practical significance.

2015年3月5日，李克強总理在政府工作报告中指出，营造大众创业、万众创新新局面。鼓励大学生进行自主创业，既可减轻就业压力，又可培养大学生的创新精神，为国家经济注入新活力。各地方政府和高校也陆续出台相关政策和措施鼓励和支持大学生创新创业，希望以创业带动就业，缓解当前巨大的就业压力。在此过程中，大学生自主创业也存在很多问题，仍有众多的瓶颈需要突破。

1 高校开展创新创业实践的现状

1.1 对创新创业教育认识不足

创业教育在我国起步较晚，发展的时间也不长。随着时代和社会的发展，政府主管部门和高校领导对于创新创业教育的认识有所提升，但仍存在一定的认识误区。受传统思想的影响，普遍高校在开展创新创业教育过程中，只注重知识的传授，忽视培养学生的创新创业精神和创新思维；或者是没有认识到创新创业教育的重要性，把创业教育当作高等教育的重要组成部分。一方面，创新创业教育实践在我国的推进，最初的根本目的是为了以创业带动就业，解决大学生就业难的问题，在推动时难免功利性过强，重结果而轻过程、重创业技能而缺创业素质培养、重成功典型而轻普及教育。……
