非智力因素与高职院校学生学习的关系

摘 要 高职院校的学生本身学习成绩就不好，但不是智力的问题，而是非智力因素没有得到应有的开发，为此，在高职院校培养学生的非智力因素显得尤为重要。本文先阐述了非智力因素的概念，接着论述了非智力因素培养的意义及重要性，最后提出了培养非智力因素的策略。

Abstract Higher vocational college students' learning achievement is not good， but not intelligence， but non intelligence factors did not get due development. Therefore， in the higher vocational colleges to cultivate students' Non intelligence factors is particularly important. This paper first describes the concept of non intellectual factors， and then discusses the significance and importance of the cultivation of non intelligence factors， finally puts forward the strategy of cultivating non intellectual factors.

1 非智力因素的概念

非智力因素的提出是在智力因素的基础之上的。为此，首先需要明白什么是智力因素，智力因素一般是指包括人在从事一些活动时所具有的能力。广义来说，智力一般就是学生在学习、活动时所具有的一些注意、观察等方面的能力。目前学术界对如何定义非智力因素尚无一致意见。①对非智力因素的影响不同的人提出了不同的看法，其中有的人认为非智力因素是除了人们具有的智力因素之外影响人们活动的一些因素。有的人从三个层面来阐述非智力因素，每一个层次的含义所包括的内容不同，主要是从宏观到微观的定义。虽然不同的人对非智力因素的认识不同，但是大体上主要是指人们在活动时除了智力以外影响人们活动的一些因素。

2 非智力因素培养的意义

教学经验告诉我们，学生学习成绩的高低在一定程度上与学生的智力因素和非智力因素相关的。一般来说学生的智力都能够胜任一般的学习任务，为此，学生学习成绩的高低就取决于非智力因素。……
