我国研究型高校图书情报院系研究人员国际科研产出的影响因素研究

〔摘 要〕以三元交互决定论为基本理论指导框架，就个体层面的研究自我效能感、研究结果预期和组织环境层面的组织气氛等因素对我国研究型高校图书情报院系研究人员国际科研产出的影响作用进行理论分析与实证研究。结果表明：1）研究自我效能感和国际科研行为正向影响国际科研成果，研究自我效能感通过国际科研行为的部分中介作用正向影响国际科研成果；2）国际科研行为受研究自我效能感的正向影响；3）研究自我效能感受组织气氛的正向影响；研究结果预期受研究自我效能感和组织气氛的正向影响。

〔Abstract〕Based on the theory of triadic reciprocal determinism in Banduras Social Cognitive Theory，this study investigated individual characteristics of researchers in terms of their research self-efficacy and research outcome expectations，as well as organizational characteristics in terms of organizational climate.The influence of these characteristics on two variables，namely international research behavior and international research achievement，is also analyzed for researchers in doctorate-granting LIS institutions.Findings indicated that：1）There is positive influence of international research behavior and research self-efficacy on researchers international research achievement.The indirect influence of research self-efficacy also exists via international research behavior.2）Researchers international research behavior is positively influenced by research self-efficacy.3）Research self-efficacy is positively associated with organizational climate.Research outcome perceptions are positively associated with organizational climate and research self-efficacy.

2010年，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出：到2020年，我国要建成一批国际知名高等学校，若干所大学达到或接近世界一流大学水平。2015年，国务院印发《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》，2016年教育部印发《教育部2016年工作要点》的通知，要求加快世界一流大学和一流学科建设。创建世界一流大学和一流学科已成为高等教育发展的主题，建设世界一流大学的关键环节是创建一流学科，一流的学科，必须具有一流的知识创新能力，即一流的科研水平。研究型高校作为中坚力量，承载着我国图书情报学创建世界一流学科的重任，提高我国研究型高校图书情报院系的科研创新水平，缩短与国际一流大学的距离，才有可能加快我国图书情报学建设世界一流学科的步伐。……
