全人教育理念对我国高职教育的启示

摘 要 全人教育理念是一种先进的教育理念，已被全世界许多国家和地区所接受，也引起了我国许多教育学者的热烈讨论，以全人教育的观念来看要成为真正全面发展的人才，不仅要强调个体在知识和技能方面的发展，还强调个体在精神层面和道德品质等方面的发展。本文分析了发展全人教育的必要性，也对我国高职教育如何与全人教育有机结合提出了一些建议。

Abstract Holistic education idea is a kind of advanced education concept， has been accepted by many countries and regions around the world， also caused a lively discussion of many educational scholars in our country， with the idea of holistic education view and development to become a truly comprehensive talent， not only to emphasize the individual development in terms of knowledge and skills， but also emphasize the development of the individual in the spiritual and moral quality etc.. This paper analyzes the necessity of developing the whole person education， and puts forward some suggestions on how to combine the higher vocational education with the whole person education.

1 全人教育的提出及其必要性

教育的目的是什么，是为了培养人、塑造人，让每一个接受教育的人都有长远发展的持久动力。教育并不只是为了让人学习到各种知识，更重要的是要让人具备完善的道德观念和良好的修养，让接受教育的人都能具备能够面对现实社会中的种种考验的全面能力，从而进一步实现展现自我价值、实现人生理想的更高目标。全人教育自20世纪70年代出现以来，其教育理念已在世界范围内不断发展并被广泛接受。日本的“全人教育”代表学者小原国芳认为：“教育内容必须包含人类文化的全部，因此，教育必须是绝对的‘全人教育。这里所说的全人教育，就是指完全的人格。”全人教育的主题思想，就是强调教育的目的是培育人的整体发展，包括人的智力、情感、身体、思维、审美和世界观等方面的发展。1996年，时任“国际21世纪教育委员会”主席的雅克·德洛尔任曾向联合国教科文组织提交了题为《教育——财富蕴藏其中》的报告，提出教育应以学会认知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存为支柱，培养全面发展的人。……
