高职学前教育专业人才培养模式探讨

摘 要 国家目前对学前教育事业非常支持，所以对于学前教育专业的人才培养工作也十分重视。高职专科层次的学前教育专业人才培养模式是我国幼儿幼教在职前教育的一种新的培养形式。高等职业学校的学前教育专业毕业生，自身除了具备本专业技能之外，还需要具备必要的非专业能力、社会交际能力和信息技术应用能力等。目前我国高职学前教育专业的学生在职业技能有待提高，所以必须要建立科学的高等职业学校学前教育专业人才培养模式。本文分析了目前高职学前教育专业的现存问题，并针对人才培养模式的建立和应用进行了探讨。

Discussion on the Training Mode of Higher Vocational Preschool Education Majors

Abstract The state is very supportive of the current preschool education， so it is very important for the cultivation of preschool education. Personnel training mode of professional preschool education levels of vocational college is a new culture form of Chinese preschool children preschool education pre service education. In addition to the professional skills， the graduates of higher vocational schools should have the necessary professional skills， social skills and the ability of information technology application. At present， the professional skills of preschool education majors in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country need to be improved， so we must establish a scientific training model of preschool education in Higher Vocational schools. This paper analyzes the existing problems of Higher Vocational preschool education， and discusses the establishment and application of talent training mode.

新形势下，我国幼儿教育也发布了新的幼教标准，即《幼儿教师课程标准》和《幼儿园教师专业标准》。长期以来我国的幼儿教师培养主要是由中等师范学校来负责，随着我国经济快速发展，一大批高职学校也已经成为了幼儿教师培养的主阵地。幼儿教师培养质量决定着幼儿园学前教育质量，学前教育的发展目的，就是建立一支业务精良、师德高尚的幼儿教师团队，这对于高职院校的学前教育专业人才培养来说，既是一次机遇，也是一次挑战。

1 高职学前教育人才培养现状分析

1.1 培养过程中过于重视就业问题

目前在学前教育的人才培养过程中，很多课程都是以就业为基础来设置的，课程的教育方式和内容与当下的用人单位要求一致，并没有考虑到学科和专业中应该具备的系统性、完整性、科学性和创新性。……
