应用技术大学建设背景下辅导员职业适应性研究

摘 要 提高辅导员职业适应性对应用技术大学建设和应用型人才培养具有重要意义。文中首先梳理了地方新建本科院校辅导员的职业发展现状以及存在问题的原因分析，然后从三个维度剖析了建设应用技术大学的新趋势对辅导员职业化的影响，最后有针对性地提出了提高辅导员职业适应性的措施和建议。

Research on the Career Adaptability of College Instructors under the

Background of the Construction of the Applied Technology University

Abstract Enhancing the vocational adaptability of instructors is of great significance to the construction of Applied Technology University and the cultivation of applied talents. Analysis of this paper firstly reviews the development of occupation instructors in local universities and the reasons of the problems， and then analyzes the influence of the new trend of application technology on the construction of University counselors occupation from three dimensions， finally puts forward the measures and suggestions to improve the counselors occupation adaptability.

0 引言

辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的主要力量，同时还承担着大学生心理健康教育、学生事务管理、学习生活指导以及学生党团建设等方面的工作，在维护校园稳定和推动高等教育事业顺利发展方面发挥着十分重要的作用。近年来，随着社会经济迅猛发展，较多的地方师范类或高职高专类的专科院校逐渐向本科教育转型。这些学校由于在教学和科研方面的劣势地位，都明确提出了建設特色鲜明的应用型本科大学的办学定位。应用技术大学建设不同于传统的研究型大学和教学型大学建设，对辅导员职业也提出了新的要求和挑战。在此背景下，辅导员应该重新审视传统的职业理念和方法，尽快转变观念，以提高新形势下的职业适应性。

1 概念阐释

1.1 应用技术大学

应用技术大学不是一个大学名称，而是集职业技术教育、高等教育、继续教育于一体的新型办学类型，实现由学术型人才培养向应用技术型人才培养的转变以及学术性专业人才教育向职业性专业人才教育的转变，重在培养应用技术型人才，服务地方经济发展。……
