以建筑节能为导向的房屋建筑学教学体系改革初探

摘 要 就土木工程热点问题——建筑节能，同时基于大学生创新人才的培养，论文提出以房屋建筑学课程教学为核心，从课程理论教学，实践教学等方面对以建筑节能为导向的创新型人才培养体系的构建方法进行探讨。最终形成特色鲜明的“房屋建筑学”课程教学模式。

Study on the Reform of Teaching System of Building

Architecture Based on Energy Saving

——Based on the cultivation of innovative talents of University Students

Abstract On the problem of civil engineering focus of building energy saving， while cultivating students innovative talents based on the thesis teaching of building architecture course is the core of teaching from the curriculum theory， practice teaching system construction method to explore innovative talents in building energy conservation oriented culture. Eventually forming a distinctive feature of "building architecture" course teaching mode.

1 改革的目的及實际意义

建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，其从业人员人数已为各行业之首。然而其专业技术人员和管理员所占比例较低，同时具有高等文化教育程度的人员比例也较低，如专业技术人员仅占建筑业从业人员总数的4.1%。在这些专业技术和管理人员中，中专以上学历者占58%，本科以上学历仅占11%。随着我国建设事业大规模的发展及建筑技术的发展，急需与之相应的大量的土木工程专业技术人才。

能源作为经济发展的命脉，能源问题是已成为世界各国普遍关注的问题。在社会能耗的三大能耗中，不管是发达国家，还是发展中国家，建筑能耗已占社会总能耗的相当一部分（约占30%～40%）。因此，为实现我国可持续发展的战略，建筑节能已成为我国一项基本国策。基于此，我国相应的制定了一些建筑节能规范，如《民用建筑节能设计标准（采暖居住建筑部分）》（JGJ26-95）、《夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能设计标准》（JGJ75-2003）、《公共建筑节能设计标准》（GB50189-2005）、《建筑节能工程施工质量验收规范》（GB50411-2007）等建筑节能规范，然而，我国的建筑节能相对还是比较滞后，节能技术及建筑节能效果等与发达国家还存在一定的差距，如单位建筑面积能耗较高，能源利用率相对较低，建筑外围护能耗是同等气候的发达国家的2～3倍。……
