基于MS—EEPO有效教育的高校数学专业师范生教学改革的可行性研究

摘 要 MS-EEPO有效教育已经被广大一线数学教师应用于中小学数学课堂，并取得较好的教学成效。目前高校数学教学中尚未引入该教学模式。MS-EEPO有效教育具有普遍适用性，合理将MS-EEPO有效教育教学方法运用于高校数学师范生的数学课堂，符合师范生的发展需求，也符合当前高校数学师范生教育教学模式。MS-EEPO有效教育被引入高校教学，不仅可以使高校教育者的教学理念得到转变，而且可以使高校数学课堂效果得到提高，为高校数学师范专业教育课程改革提供新的思路。

Feasibility Study of Teaching Reform of the Mathematics Students of

Normal School based on MS-EEPO

Abstract MS-EEPO effective education has been applied to the primary and middle school mathematics classroom by a large number of mathematics teachers， and achieved good teaching results. At present， the teaching mode has not been introduced in mathematics teaching in Colleges and universities. Effective MS-EEPO education has general applicability， reasonable MS-EEPO effective mathematics classroom teaching method used in college mathematics students， meet the development needs of students， is also in line with the current university mathematics education teaching mode. MS-EEPO was introduced into the effective education teaching of colleges and universities， colleges and universities can not only make the education teaching idea change， but also can make the university mathematics classroom effect is improved， providing new ideas for the reform of professional education courses in normal college mathematics.

追求高效課堂是高校教学改革的目标之一，为了早日达到这一目标，文中将EEPO有效教育教学方法引入高校师范类数学专业课堂教学，具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。

1 EPPO有效教育的发展现状

EEPO（Effective Education in Participatory Organizations）有效教育是由云南师范大学教育学院的孟照彬教授花了近十年时间而创建的一种新型教育教学方法，其融合了中西方的优秀教育理念和教学方法，即集“学习方式—课型方式—评价方式”为一体的三维教学方法。与传统的教学模式相比，有效教育更注重师生之间、生生之间的互动，注重培养每一位学生的个性和他们的团队合作精神。EEPO有效教育中的课型方式、学习方式和评价方式的应用研究已经得到专家的审批及立项，成为中国教育学会“十一五”教育科研规划课题。有效教育是通过组织和参与的形式来实现的，其将学、思、行这三种有效形式有机结合，提倡广大教育者及受教育者虚心向世界学习优秀文化，注重效率优先，大胆创新，进行过程优化等，使我国教育立足于国际视野。……
