流程管理模式在护理管理中的应用

摘 要 目的：在社会发展的同时，社会各界对护理效率及质量的关注度普遍较高，而以往的护理水平已经不能满足现代实际需求，因此，医院只有将现代管理理念及模式落实到护理管理工作中，才能从根本上解决新时期的护理矛盾。方法：从医院内部选出2015年1月至6月与2015年7月至12月10大不同病区的住院住院患者作为比对数据，对流程管理前后的实际情况进行研究。结果：对患者进行调查的项目一共分为13种，可以发现流程管理模式的落实前后满意度具有极其明显的区别性特点，推行流程管理模式后，住院患者的满意程度普遍较高。结论：落实流程管理模式可以有效提高护理效率，使护理工作更加具有全面性特点。

Mode in Nursing Management

Abstract Objective： in social development， community nursing efficiency and quality of the degree of concern is generally high， and the level of nursing in the past has been unable to meet the actual needs of modern hospital， therefore， only the modern management concept and mode of implementation of nursing management and nursing in order to fundamentally solve the contradiction in the new time. Methods： from January 2015 to December in the hospital and June to July 2015 in 10 different wards of hospitalized patients as compared to the data， the actual situation before and after the process management. Results： the survey of patients of the project are divided into 13 types， can be found with distinguishing features very obvious before and after the process management model to implement satisfaction， to implement process management mode， patients satisfaction degree is generally high. Conclusion： the implementation of the process management model can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing， so that more comprehensive nursing work.

在当今社会，为了顺应时代发展潮流，医院将护理管理进行流程化管控是必然的，在此背景下，不仅要将管理理念进行转变，更要重视技术的力量，只有这样才能为病患提供高标准、高质量的护理服务。

1 材料与方法

1.1 材料来源

以医院10大不同患病区域的患者为核心，将院内2015年1月至6月与2015年7月至12月的病患分为两组，对流程管理模式的护理满意度进行逐月调查，调查内容由相关不利部门发放至患者手中，在进行结果抽查时需要具有一定的隨机性，抽查结果可以由组内的6名患者完成。以流程管理模式的落实为中间点，将2015的前半年作为参照组，将推行流程管理的2015下半年作为研究组。……
