弘扬中华优秀传统文化 推进公民道德建设

摘 要 当前中国正处在经济社会转型期和矛盾凸显期，物质文明建设取得了长足发展，但精神文明建设问题较为突出。公民道德滑坡现象严重，主要表现在人际关系冷漠、社会诚信缺失、官员腐败问题严重、淫秽色情信息传播迅猛等等，因此，为提高公民思想道德素质，推进公民道德建设，必须弘扬中华优秀传统文化，深入挖掘优秀传统文化的思想精华和道德资源，加强中华民族传统节日的教育熏陶。

Carrying forward the Excellent Traditional Culture of

China and Promoting the Construction of Citizen Morality

Abstract At present， China is in the period of economic and social transformation and contradiction， the material civilization construction has made great progress， but the problem of spiritual civilization construction is more prominent. The citizen moral landslide phenomenon is serious， mainly in interpersonal indifference， lack of social credit， official corruption， the problem is serious， the spread of pornographic information rapidly and so on， so as to improve citizen moral quality， promoting the construction of civil morality must carry forward the Chinese traditional culture， dig the ideological essence and moral resources of excellent traditional culture， strengthen the Chinese traditional festival education.

中華优秀传统文化是中华民族的“根”和“魂”，是中华民族的突出优势。5000多年连绵不断、博大精深的中华文化，积淀着中华民族最深沉的精神追求，包含着中华民族最根本的精神基因，代表着中华民族独特的精神标识，是中华民族生生不息、发展壮大的丰厚滋养。中国优秀传统文化的丰富哲学思想、人文精神、教化思想、道德理念等，也蕴藏着解决当代人类面临的难题的重要启示，可以为人们认识和改造世界提供有益启迪，也可以为道德建设提供有益启发。①因此，弘扬中华优秀传统文化推进公民道德建设具有重要意义。

1 当前公民道德领域存在的突出问题

公民道德领域存在着迫切需要解决的严重问题，如社会成员之间的关系冷漠、社会诚信缺失、官员腐败问题易发多发、淫秽色情信息迅猛传播等，这些问题严重影响了人们的价值判断和价值选择，给人们思想上带来严重困惑，增加了社会不稳定因素。……
