《幼儿文学》课程强化职业能力培养的实践探索

【摘要】行业标准和实践需求决定了高职学前教育专业《幼儿文学》课程功能，不能局限于幼儿文学学科视域，必须拓展到职业视域，兼具并强化幼儿教师职业素质与能力培养。本文以“职业导向”为指引，重新定位高职学前教育专业《幼儿文学》课程功能，探索通过践行“学做一体”课堂模式，充分发挥《幼儿文学》课程教学在培养学前师范生幼儿教师职业素质与教学能力方面的重要作用。

【Abstract】Industry standards and practices is determined by the demand of the higher vocational preschool “ early childhood literature “ course function，is not limited to the perspective of childrens literature discipline，must expand to the occupation view，both and strengthen the training of kindergarten teachers occupation quality and ability. Based on the “ Integration of learning and doing occupation guidance” as a guide，re orientation of Higher Vocational preschool education professional “ early childhood literature “ course，exploration through the practice of “ Integration of learning and doing “ teaching mode，give full play to the important role of “ early childhood literature “ course teaching in cultivating preschool students of preschool teachers occupation quality and ability of teaching.

《幼儿文学》课程是学前教育专业的一门专业基础课程。其课程功能一般定位是：通过幼儿文学基础知识和作品教学，提高学前师范生幼儿文学知识修养，提高学前师范生的幼儿文学审美素质和鉴赏与创作能力。这种“重学科、轻职业”的课程功能定位，必然导致学前教育专业《幼儿文学》课程教学目标，与职业教育“职业导向”的教育理念和“教学过程与生产过程对接”的要求相悖，造成《幼儿文学》课程目标与学前教育专业人才培养目标中重视培养学前师范生职业素质与能力的总体要求脱节。因此，必须从学前师范生处于职业准备阶段的角度考量，重新定位《幼儿文学》课程功能，提高《幼儿文学》课程教学目标与幼儿教师职业岗位要求的关联度，使《幼儿文学》课程成为培养幼儿师资的学前教育专业的名副其实的“专业基础”课程。……
