论高校体育教学中实施素质教育

【摘 要】 本文就高校体育教学中实施素质教育的一些方法和手段从理论和实验的角度加以探讨，提出了体育教学中实施素质教育的可行性；体育教学中实施素质教育的切入点；以及在体育教学中，实施素质教育教师应具备的基本素质等问题。以供同行共享。

1.问题的提出

1.1培养高素质的优秀人才是社会发展的需要

社会进入21世纪，随着知识经济在人们认识中的不断提高，如何能够在高等教育中逐步提高人才素质来适应社会的进步和发展，迎接21世纪的挑战，是目前我国教育体制改革中广泛探讨的问题，学校体育工作又是全面贯彻教育方针的重要方面，是促进社会主义现代化建设中培养合格人才不可忽视的重要手段。众所周知，学校教育是实施素质教育的排头兵和重要阵地，学校体育教学又是这一工作的重要组成部分。体育教学中实施素质教育就是为实现教育方针规定的目标，着眼于受教育者群体和社会发展的要求，以面向全体学生、全面提高学生的基本素质为根本目的。以注重开发受教育者的潜能，促进受教育者德、智、体诸方面生动活泼地发展为基本特征的教育，可以说，学校体育教学中实施素质教育是完成培养高素质人才工程中的实验地，它有极其具体的实践意义。

1.2在体育教学中实施素质教育更具有可操作性
