探析我国企业集团财务管理体制存在的问题及其对策

【摘 要】经济体制的改革，市场竞争压力的不断增加，给企业的健康发展带来了巨大的考验。企业集团要想提高自身的经济发展水平，就必须加强自身的财务管理体制建设，保证财务管理体制能够适应当前企业的发展需求。基于此，文章主要分析了我国企业集团在财务管理体制中存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决对策，希望能够给企业财务管理人员提供一些帮助。

【Abstract】The reform of the economic system and the increasing competition pressure of the market brought a great test to the healthy development of the enterprise. In order to improve the economic development level， it is necessary for enterprise groups to strengthen their financial management system construction， and guarantee the financial management system can adapt to the current demand for the development of enterprises. Based on this， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management system of enterprise group， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures， hoping to provide some assistance to the financial management of the enterprise.

1 引言

随着经济全球化的不断发展，经济体制的不断完善，我国企业在发展过程中逐渐形成了一种新的组织形式——企业集团，企业集团的发展不仅突破了我国企业的发展模式，还缓解了企业发展面临的压力，通过企业间的互惠互利，达到共赢的目标。但是，企业集团在发展过程中，其财务管理体制还不够完善，缺乏一定的标准，使得企业集团的财务管理水平下降，不能满足企业的发展需求。因此，企业集团在发展过程中，企业管理人员应重视企业财务体制的建设，将企业经济发展与企业财务管理紧密地联系起来，争取以科学合理的财务管理体制，高质的财务管理工作，推动企业集团的经济发展。

2 财务管理体制概述

2.1 财务管理体制定义

财务管理体制是企业财务管理的具体表现形式，是划分企业财务管理权责关系的行政体制。企业集团在财务管理体制建设过程中，需要对财务管理主体及客体进行区分，同时，还需要对集团财务管理体制的模式進行研究，只有这样才能保证企业集团财务管理水平，为企业发展奠定经济基础。……
