人工膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨人工膝关节之观书治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2010年1月—2015年1月该院收治的90例膝关节骨性关节患者为研究对象，随机将入选病例均分为2组。实验组45例，患者行人工膝关节置换术；对照组45例，患者行保守治疗。观察两组患者治疗后膝关节功能恢复情况及疼痛改善情况。 结果 实验组治疗后HSS评分（85.2±9.7）分、VAS评分（1.7±0.6）分，两项指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 人工膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可有效改善疼痛症状，提高患者膝关节功能，临床疗效显著，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of artificial knee replacement in treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods 90 cases of patients with knee joint osteoarthritis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were convenien selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each， the experimental group adopted the artificial knee replacement， while the control group adopted the conservative treatment， after treatment， the recovery of knee joint function and pain improvement situation of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment， the HSS score and VAS score in the experimental group were respectively（85.2±9.7）points and （1.7±0.6）points， which were better than those in the control group， and the differences between groups were statisitcally significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The artificial knee replacement in treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis can effectively improve the pains symptoms and improve the knee joint function of patients and the clinical curative effect is obvious， which is worth promotion and application.

膝关节骨性关节炎是指增龄、劳损、创伤等多种因素引起的慢性膝关节软骨退化损伤及周边反应性增生，属临床常见退行性病变，可导致关节疼痛、肿胀、僵硬、畸形及功能受限等多种症状，严重影响患者生存质量[1]。既往，临床治疗骨性关节炎多采用保守疗法，其应用虽能在一定程度上延缓病变进程，但在矫正畸形、改善功能方面疗效欠佳[2]。人工膝关节关节置换术是近年临床新兴的一种骨性关节手术治疗方法，该院近年来以此治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者取得良好临床疗效，文章现以2010年1月—2015年1月该院收治的90例膝关节骨性关节患者为例进行研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

方便选取该院收治的90例膝关节骨性关节患者为研究对象。随机将入选病例均分为两组。实验组（45例）：男18例，女27例；患者年龄53～77岁，平均年龄（64.2±8.1）岁；患者病程6～18年，平均病程（11.6±2.2）年；左膝26例，右膝19例。对照组（45例）：男20例，女25例；……
