“现代学徒制”在文秘中英文软文写作课中的应用

摘 要：《文秘创意中英文软文写作》课程是河北对外经贸职业学院文秘专业（商务方向）学生的专业拓展课程，是基于工学结合、能力为本的校企合作开发课程。引进国际“现代学徒制”发展新理念，将合作企业南京精进同一科技信息有限公司分公司搬入校园，邀请企业行业专家来学校现场授课并指导学生“中英文办文”实习实践。通过承接企业引进的真实软文任务，让“学徒”学生们在校期间“足不出校”即可在取得学分及技能的同时获得实际经济收入和未来工作的机会。

Abstract： The “Creative Sectary Bilingual？Advertorial Writing” course is an extended specialized course for sectary-majored students（business-oriented） in Hebei Institute of International Business and Economics. Upholding the principle of “combination of work- study and ability oriented”， it is developed on a school-enterprise cooperation basis. Adopting the new conception of “modern apprenticeship”， the school invited the cooperative enterprise （Nanjing Tongyi Information Technology Co.， Ltd.）to move its branch into the campus and hired enterprise industry experts to teach on school-site and guide students to practice “Chinese and English bilingual？advertorial writing”. Without going out， the apprentices not only get credits and master the skills but also gain the income and job opportunities.

鑒于“办文、办会、办事”是文秘专业三大核心技能，所以秘书文书写作课程成为笔者学院商务文秘专业的核心课程之一。但伴随着移动互联网对企业的颠覆式影响，无论是企业内部活动组织和文化展示，还是企业对外公关宣传及营销推广都面临全新的挑战。现代秘书不仅要掌握传统公文拟写技能，还要善于从事以轻应用、海报、软文、视频为载体的新型网络软文写作及新媒介运营工作。目前，以社交工具、社群媒介为载体的创意中英文双语软文写作及运营正变得越来越普遍和重要。

1 研究背景

根据教育部印发的高等职业教育创新发展行动计划（2015—2018年），国家鼓励行业企业参与职业教育，以加强技术技能积累，深化校企合作发展，推进信息技术应用，支持地方和行业引导、扶持企业与高等职业院校联合开展“现代学徒制”培养试点。……
