高职院校室内装饰设计专业就业分析及教学建议

【摘 要】近年来，随着经济的发展，收入的增加，买房、装修，已经成为大家关心的热点，装饰行业也随之快速发展，室内设计人才需求自然旺盛。但是仍然存在学生“找工作难”，企业“招工难”的现象，尤其是高职院校的毕业生，与本科生相比，既有实践技能上的优势，又存在理论知识薄弱的劣势，高职院校如何通过教学改革增强学生在社会中的竞争力值得思考。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the development of economy， increasing income， buying a house and decorating already became the hot spot that everybody cares， and the decoration industry is developing rapidly. The demand for interior design talents is vigorous. But there are still difficult to find a job for the students， and recruitment difficult for enterprises ， especially the higher vocational college graduates， compared with undergraduate students， although they have practical advantages in skills，but the theoretical knowledge is worthwhile for us to consider how higher vocational colleges can improve students' competitiveness in the society through teaching reform.

1 室内装饰设计专业就业前景分析

随着城镇居民的经济水平不断提高，购房需求不断增长，房地产业的飞速发展带动了室内装饰设计行业的发展；2015年二胎新政策全面放开，使目前刚需二室户型将难以容纳家庭人口数的增长，而三室户型将成为未来刚需主流，住房面积的增加使室内装饰设计行业得到进一步发展。综上所述，室内装饰设计行业前景呈现出一片蓬勃的气象。目前全国室内装饰行业总产值已超过2万亿元，装饰设计企业30万家，室内设计从业人员达150万人[1]。中国已成为全世界最大的装饰大国。
