光电专业学生实践创新能力和可持续发展培养模式的研究与探索

摘 要 培养学生的实践创新能力和可持续发展是一个系统工程，需要有一套贯穿于课内、外的长期、系统的实践教学体系。本文根据我校光电信息科学与工程专业的培养目标和特点，结合光电产业领域对本专业学生的要求，提出了我校光电专业改革创新实践课程的教学方法，重点探索与构建了一套适合我校光电专业学生的实践创新能力和可持续发展的课外实践培养体系，不仅培养了学生的专业学习兴趣、创新意识和能力，又扩大了学生实践锻炼的受益面和拓展了培养学生实践创新能力的新途径。

Research and Exploration of Practical Innovation Ability and Sustainable Development Mode of Photoelectric Major Students

Abstract It is a systematic project to train students' practice innovation ability and sustainable development， and it needs a long-term and systematic practice teaching system which runs through the course and outside. According to the training objectives and characteristics of Optoelectronic Information Science and engineering of our school， combined with the requirements of the professional students in the field of optoelectronics industry， puts forward the teaching method of our school reform and innovation photoelectric professional practice courses， focuses on the system and practice construction practice and innovation ability in a school for me a professional students and sustainable development the culture， not only cultivate the students' interest in professional learning， innovation consciousness and ability， and expand the benefit side of students practice and developed new ways to cultivate students' practical ability and innovation ability.

在注重應用型人才培养的大背景下，实践创新能力是评价人才和高校办学效果的重要指标，更是国家经济社会发展和创新能力提升的需求。

光电信息科学与工程专业是一门综合性的交叉学科，主要涉及光学、电子、计算机等多门学科。该专业主要方向有光电子、光电信息和光学三个专业方向，专业培养可以分为科学研究型和技术应用型两大类，对于民办应用型大学的培养模式应偏向于后者，其培养学生实践创新能力和构建可持续发展的培养模式，对提高学生专业实践能力和综合素质有着非常重要的作用和影响。本文在总结多年从事实践教学的基础上，探索出了一套新途径、多层面的创新人才培养模式。
