区域物流对区域经济发展影响研究

摘 要：物流产业与国民经济其它产业存在着密切的产业关联性，是提高国民经济运行质量、效率和竞争力的重要基础性产业。物流是一项服务性产业，它的发展依赖于其它产业的发展和提升，只有二者协同发展才能实现共赢。实践证明，区域物流与区域经济发展间存在明显的协同效应，对区域物流进行科学的规划和管理可促进区域经济协调可持续发展。提高巴中地区物流效率，加快当地物资流通速度，努力降低物流成本，有利于提升巴中经济综合竞争力；反之，巴中经济增长为巴中物流发展提供保障和市场基础。

Abstract： The logistics industry has a close industrial connection with other industries of the national economy， and is an important basic industry to improve the quality， efficiency and competitiveness of the national economy. Logistics is a service industry， and its development depends on the development and promotion of industry. Only two of them can develop together to achieve win-win situation. Practice has proved that there is obvious synergistic effect between regional logistics and regional economic development. Scientific planning and management of regional logistics can promote coordinated and sustainable development of regional economy. To improve the efficiency of logistics in Bazhong， speeding up the speed of material flow， efforts to reduce logistics costs， is conducive to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Bazhong economy； on the other hand， the economic growth of Bazhong to provide protection and market infrastructure for the development of logistics in Bazhong.

1 物流产业地位

物流业是融合运输、仓储、金融、货代、信息和电子商务等产业的复合型服务产业，是国民经济的重要组成部分，涉及领域广，吸纳就业人数多，促进生产、拉动消费作用大，在促进产业结构调整、转变经济发展方式和增强国民经济竞争力等方面发挥着重要作用。

但是，当前巴中物流业总体发展水平偏低，物流服务尚不能满足巴中经济快速发展的需要。加快推进巴中现代物流重大工程建设，引领社会资本增加对物流业的投入，对于稳定巴中经济增长，促进巴中产业结构调整、转变巴中经济发展方式和提高巴中经济竞争力具有非常重要的战略意义。

2 区域物流与区域经济的关系

区域物流与区域经济是相互依存的统一体，区域物流作为区域经济的主要构成要素，是形成和发展区域经济的重要力量，对城市生产力布局、生产方式转变以及经济增长等都具有拉动作用。……
