创新高校“双困生”就业价值取向教育引导的思考

摘 要 在全面建成小康社会进程中为了实现“双困生”充分就业，必须不断创新“双困生”就业价值取向的教育引导。为此，在国家层面要给予更多政策扶持，在高校层面要更加注重人才培养质量促进学生职业素养的提升，而在学生层面也应顺势而为转变就业观念、确定合理目标、保持良好心态。只有国家、高校、学生三者协调配合，才能帮助“双困生”更加科学地树立就业价值取向，确保允分就业。

Reflection on Innovating Education Guidance on Value Orientation of

Employment for Universities“Double Impoverished Students”

——Based on Practice and Exploration in Newly Found Undergraduate

Universities in their Transformation Development

Abstract In order to realize full employment of “Double Impoverished Students” in the process of establishing an all-around affluent society， education guidance on value orientation of employment for “Double Impoverished Students” must constantly be innovated. Therefore， more policy support from the country level should be provided， great emphasis from university level should be paid to the quality of personnel training so as to promote students' professional qualities， and in the level of students， concepts of employment should flow to be changed， to determine a reasonable target， and maintain a good attitude. Only with the coordination among country， the universities， and students， “Double Impoverished Students” can be helped to more scientifically establish value orientation of employment， so as to ensure full employment.

就业乃民生之本，然而随着中国经济步入新常态和高等教育从精英化向大众化转变，毕业生就业形势紧迫、就业矛盾尖锐，尤其是有着特殊家庭环境和成长经历的“双困生”的就业问题更加突显。当前正值全面建成小康社会的冲刺阶段，如何采取有效措施加强“双困生”就业价值取向的教育引导，帮助他们实现就业，已成为当前政府、高校面临的迫切任务。

1 “双困生”处于就业弱势地位

受社会环境影响和自身物质条件限制，高校“双困生”就业显得更加困难。有关调查也显示，“双困生”特殊群体由于就业成本、价值观、竞争力等因素影响，在就业中更是长期处于弱势地位。[1]突出表现在：

（1）素质较低导致求职弱势。“双困生”就业难除了确有一些客观因素外，主因还是他们自身存在的问题。由于其家庭经济困难，致使自身的“理想”与“现实”差距明显。他们中有的无钱购买复习资料，经常从事勤工俭学致使学习时间无法保证，导致学习成绩差；……
