“一带一路”倡议下沿海五省服务业影响因素的实证研究

摘 要：自“一带一路”倡议提出以来，服务业在中国产业结构中的地位愈发重要，而明晰中国各地区服务业影响因素可为不同区域制定合理的产业政策并推动产业升级提供依据。“一带一路”倡议下我国沿海五省市服务业具有一定的代表性。为了分析五省市服务业影响因素，文章首先对其服务业发展水平进行对比，并通过对2005—2015年相关数据进行Hausman检验，实证分析了影响沿海五省市服务业发展水平的因素。研究发现经济发展水平、资本投入水平、劳动力水平与经济开放水平对沿海五省服务业发展水平的影响存在很大差异。最后结合五省市自身的区位优势，针对五省存在的不同问题提出推动服务经济的对策建议。

Abstract：Since the “Belt and Road” strategy was put forward，the status of service industry in Chinas industrial structure has become increasingly important.Clarifying the influencing factors of service industries in various regions in China can provide the basis for formulating sound industrial policies and promoting industrial upgrading in different regions.Under the strategy of “One Belt and One Road”，the service industries in the five provinces and cities along the coast of China have certain representativeness.In order to analyze the influential factors of service industry in five provinces and cities，the paper first compared the development level of service industry with the data of Hausman test from 2005 to 2015，and empirically analyzed the factors that affect the development of service industry in five coastal provinces and cities.The study found that the level of economic development，capital investment，labor force and the level of economic openness have a great impact on the development of service industries in five coastal provinces.Finally，combined with their own regional advantages in five provinces and cities，the paper proposed countermeasures for promoting service economy in light of the different problems existing in the five provinces.

0 引 言

随着城市化、工业化进程的加快，服务业作为推动中国发展的后续动力，在国民财富不断积累的过程中扮演着十分重要的作用。虽然中国的服务业在产业结构中的比重已达到50%左右，但与世界发达国家相比，仍处于落后地位。如今我国产业结构严重失衡，正处于产业进行转型与升级的关键时刻。而如何调整产业结构，推进中国经济可持续发展，这是中国经济发展的一大难题。在此背景下，中国政府提出了“一带一路”倡议。

“一带一路”倡议中提出，优化产业链分工布局，推动区域服务业发展。服务业的发展依赖于区域间的贸易合作，“一带一路”倡议大大完善了交通等基础设施的建设，交通设施的搭建给各区域贸易往来提供了便利，更促进了区域要素的自由流动，这些都极大地推动了服务业的迅猛发展。……
